Terms and conditions

  1. Inditech Technology Services Pvt Ltd offers on its platform, services for doctors which includes professional education, decision support content, screening tools and the ability to prescribe specialist services from third parties (medical specialists and other services providers). Doctors/clinics/medical-servicesproviders/patients (users) may purchase such services using the Inditech platform.
  2. The System Participants consist of Inditech Technology Services Pvt Ltd; Doctors, including Specialists/counsellors who use the System to connect and share information with each other; Providers of services and Patients who receive advice from doctors.
  3. Doctors, Specialists/counsellors and Providers are liable for the advice/services they have given to patients, either directly to the Patient or via another Doctor/Provider.
  4. If a Doctor is taking advice from a Specialist/counsellor for one of their patients, the Doctor is liable for providing accurate case information to the Specialist/counsellor. Specialists/counsellors/Providers shall not be responsible for inaccurate or wrong advice given based on incorrect case information given to them by the Doctor.
  5. If a Doctor is taking advice from a Specialist/counsellor for one of their Patients, the Specialist/counsellor is liable for the advice provided by the Specialist/counsellor and must ask for case history/information from the Doctor and write a prescription based on the information provided.
  6. In case a Doctor is taking advice from a Specialist/counsellor for one of their Patients, the Specialist/counsellor is advised to share their prescription and the case information (documents, images, call recordings, etc.) with the Doctor and maintain records of such communication. This will ensure medico-legal protection in the form of such recorded evidence, which is admissible in a court of law.
  7. In case a Doctor is taking advice from a Specialist/counsellor for one of their Patients, the Specialist/counsellor can choose to provide advice to the Doctor for local investigations or local treatment. The Specialists/counsellors can also choose to inform the Doctor that the case must be referred to themselves (the Specialist/counsellor) because local care under specialist advice is not recommended for that specific case.
  8. If the specialist/counsellor/Provider is directly advising/serving the patient, the specialist/counsellor/Provider is liable for the advice/prescription/services.
  9. Specialists/counsellor/Providers must provide advice/Services only when the System confirms to them that the System has received an order along with the applicable fee. Inditech is liable to ensure that the applicable fee is paid to the Specialist/counsellor/Provider after the service provision is completed.
  10. Inditech shall not recommend or promote the services of any specific Specialist/counsellor to any Doctor. Specialist/counsellor lists accessible to the Doctor on the System shall follow the rules of listing, which shall be transparently made available to all stakeholders on request.
  11. The Specialists/counsellor and Doctors on the System agree to follow ethical and legally permissible practices.
  12. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time. The System Operator shall make any modifications available for acceptance to all stakeholders before the said stakeholders offer any service or consume any service on the System.
